seller cheated me out of money
hi, the seller cheated me out of money, I bought the product but he doesn't answer the text message and never sent it. What should I do in this case???Order number:

What does the tracking show, if any?
If there is no tracking, or tracking does not show delivery by the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase, at that point you should be able to start an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days you should be able to ask eBay to step in and refund you. You have up to twenty-one business days to ask eBay to step in before the case is automatically closed without a refund.
