Seller cheated me
First time a seller refused to ship an item I paid for in full.
I'm trying to get a full refund and ebay won't issue me a refund.
It's been two weeks and seller hasn't shipped me my dishes or sent me tracking information.
How can I get a refund

Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
Before the estimated delivery date passes, there is no action you can take.

OP2 years agoThese are two very adorable great depression glass era dishes. They are sitting there in limbo. I paid for these tiny dishes in June 21st and the seller charged me for priority shipping like within 2 days time.
Now if the seller fell ill, got into an accident or died then that's my answer.
I reached out to the seller earlier today like several hours ago and he/she didn't respond.
I wish I could just be issued a refund at this point because I was charged a lot for priority mail. The item is marked as paid and I never received tracking information or any note from the seller that it will be on its way.
This is the very first time anything like this has happened to me and I wish I could speak to a live customer service agent 😕 so I could be refunded for non shipment of my dishes.
It's absolutely rude of the seller not to communicate with me.
