Seller charging more for shipping
I won an auction for 189 sports cards. In the item description the seller offered from China. One was for $39.99 and the other was speedpak standard for $5.99. I asked them to send me an invoice for the $5.99 shipping. They sent me an invoice charging $19.99 speedpak shipping. I don't think that is fair but I really want the cards. What should I do?
