seller charged incorrect shipping after buyer paid....buyer was charged 1.63 shipping but i was charged 4.50 for shipping....ebay scamming sellers.....

For listings that you specify First Class Large Envelope, you must use a postage stamp and hand address the envelope, or pay at the post office. This class of service has no tracking, therefore you cannot use ebay to print your shipping label. ebay only prints labels that include tracking. That is the reason your label uses Ground Advantage.

You, the seller, set up the listing and the buyer can only pay the shipping that you choose. eBay has nothing to do with this. You need to look at your listings. I see others that have $1.63 shipping, which means you have chosen the wrong option. They need to be Ground Advantage. You have to ship the item and pay the difference in shipping out of pocket. Fix the other listings before it happens again.
