Seller changing item price
I went to purchase a fragrance yesterday listed for $29.80 + 8.90 shipping. Received a msg that seller was out of town until today. Looked in my cart today to see if the store was "open" yet, and to my surprise and dismay, the price is now $109.80!! Is this an acceptable practice that ebay is okay with? Thank you.

Sellers set their own prices. The seller had no way of knowing you had the item in your cart. If there were others watching it, he might have raised the price to be able to send attractive offers compared to the new price.
