Seller Changes price after purchase

Question

If you purchase an item on E=Bay and it is the last one,The price for the item was 156.00 and then after you purchase the item the listing is updated to 219.00 and again states it is the last one ,and where it said one sold changes to 2 sold and the seller also noted on the new listing they are away untill May 28th is that a red flag

or are they obligated to the original purchase of 156. ?

@ct01maxima Yes, the seller is obligated to what shows on your order. The seller is using a 3rd party program to add one, each time they have a sale and then raise and lower price.
