Seller changed shipping cost after sale
The original shipping for the item was $5.15. After I accepted the seller’s offer, and seller invoiced me, the shipping cost changed to $14.50. After I questioned this, the seller cancelled my order! I have been a member since 2009 and have never experienced this.

How frustrating!
What reason did the seller use for the cancellation? If he used anything other than out of stock/damaged, then he misrepresented the reason for the cancellation and can be reported here:

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating that <I requested the cancellation OR there was an issue with buyer's address, whichever applies> ."
You can also try leaving feedback to warn other buyers (eBay may not allow feedback to be left based on the reason for the cancellation).
