Seller changed delivery date twice and said it arrived on time, no returns? EBAY says cant appeal.

Mentor3 years agoGo to your Purchase history. Locate the item. What is shown is the estimated delivery date. You have 30 days from that date to file an Item not Received if that is the problem. You do not click on the active listing, as that will show the estimated delivery date as if you were to make a purchase TODAY (which makes you think the seller changed the date of shipping).
