seller can't ship to my address
Hi eBay Community, I would like to buy patches from this seller but eBay is telling me the seller doesn't ship to Calif (seller is in Calif). The seller has shipped many items within Calif. The seller and I have communicated. They have looked over their account and I have looked over mine. What gives. Please help. ~D

Mentor4 months agoIt sounds like something is not set up properly in the listings shipping section so eBay cannot calculate the shipping charge. This is the message that eBay generates when they cannot charge shipping. Have them make sure to have entered the size and weight of the package they are using as this can cause problems without this information.
