Seller cant ship over weight item usps

Question

Seller can't ship 70lbs usps I paid for item plus shipping and item has not been shipped per seller .how do I get a refund ?? Pls help

Ask your seller to cancel and issue a refund.

If the seller resists/refuses, then one day after the estimated delivery date, open a return/refund request citing the reason â€œitem not received.â€ Follow that process for your refund.

It will take a few days, but you will get you full refund.
