Seller can't general a shipping label for my purchase
I purchased an item yesterday and today I receive a message from the seller saying that there's a problem with generating a shipping lable. The error message says there's a problem (missing/incorrect information) in the shipping address. We tried different variations of the address and also tried the address that eBay itself suggested - but nothing worked. The seller then cancelled and relisted the order for me to buy, but after I bought it again, the problem still hasn't been resolved. I haven't been able to find anything remotely useful in the Help & Support section, so I'm asking here.
