Seller Can't Find The Item
I buy the item on Monday. The Seller goes silent until today, Saturday. Seller claims he put the item in a box and now he cannot find the item. Sounds innocent enough except for the WEEK of silence on his part. It is not a small part but he claims he lost it. The first communication from this guy is an email from eBay that my money has been refunded. I relied to my detriment on this part and waited patiently for Seller to ship it. Where I come from that is breach of contract and it IS actionable in law. I lost the item, but here is your money. Guess what? I gave up the opportunity to buy another (the only other part) that was for sale on eBay. I don't see the "other" item and suspect that that Seller threw the other part I needed in the trash. What would you do?
