seller cant find me to ship
I bought something as a guest and used apple pay. The seller has nort contacted me and I have no record of purchase other than bank receipts and order numer. Ai cant help and I cant get a human? what do I do ?

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot use your Ebay account to seek help for a purchase you made as a guest.
Log out of Ebay and find the order confirmation email that you would have received from Ebay. (be sure to look in your junk/spam email folder if it is not in your inbox. When you find the email, click on Order Details.
