Seller can't find item and then relist?
Why would seller say they couldn't find an item that I bought from them, issue a refund and then relist that same item for same price?

Either they had lost it and then found it, or he was expecting a different buyer to purchase it. Either way, if he used the reason ‘I am out of stock’ as the reason, he gave himself a black mark (defect) on his seller account.
