Seller can’t cancel an order

Question

A buyer wants to cancel an order. eBay notified me and ai didn’t respond within three days (I thought eBay had cancelled the order). Now eBay won’t allow a cancellation because they claim a cancellation has already been placed against this order. The buyer has paid eBay and they are holding the funds. Neither the buyer or I can get ahold of a human at eBay to help cancel this. I'm sorry that happened. The seller has to agreed to the cancellation for it to take effect.

Here's what to do now:

You should be able to send a refund

1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
