The seller says he can't ship via eBay. Last time, it was because my order was under €150. This time, the seller says he isn't getting a shipping label through eBay and isn't getting a response either. The value is now over €150.

You are registered as being in Nederland, but have posted your question on ebay's U.S. based site's community ( ebay.com ) . Because the shipping rules for European based sellers may be different from ours, you should login to your home site ( ebay.nl ) and post your question on that site's community. From what I can see on your feedbackprofiel, you should have avoided buying from sellers in that country and China, especially for automotive parts.
