Did you purchase the shipping label through eBay labels? If so the tracking number is automatically added to the order and it is marked a shipped.

OP8 months agoThanks, yes, but printing a shipping label is of course not the same as actually delivering the package to the parcel courier. Very curious that eBay is mucking this up. I think it has to do with their new "holds" policies.
