Seller cannot find purchased item
Seller indicates that she “cannot find†the item that I purchased. She says that I (the buyer) must cancel the order to get a refund. Is this correct?

No. Only the seller can cancel your purchase. Tell her that she must cancel the transaction, selecting the reason ‘I am out of stock’.
