seller cannot be contacted for a warranty issue even though they are still selling on ebay
Purchased a battery for a Dyson vacuum. The seller states 10 year warranty. The battery is no longer holding a charge. Tried to message seller and keep getting error message that seller cannot respond? It looks like the seller still is selling on Ebay. I also tried sending a message as a general question to the seller. The email seemed to go through but the seller still has not responded after 4 days.

Here is the eBay Help Pages link about Warranties.
Warranties require the consumer to register their purchase. Contact the entity where you registered the purhase.
