Seller cancels transaction for bogus reason the relists item for more

Question

Is this a more common occurance on ebay? I've never had the seller cancel a transaction with a bogus "something wrong with buyers address" then within minutes raise price on item from $30 to $65. I?s this something ebay monitors? I can understand if they legitimately massively under priced and item but this item was selling for 30-45 $ from other sellers. Sees a touch shady.

That particular reason will not cause eBay to do anything to the seller.  However, you can report the seller to eBay customer service because the increased the price drastically after they cancelled the purchase.  eBay will mark their account but not do anything unless this becomes a habit.
