Seller cancels sale only to relist item
Hi all
What is the best way to get eBay to address a terrible seller?
I won the auction, the seller then canceled sale claiming the item has been damaged by his daughter, eBay happily canceled the sale.
The seller then relists the item as an auction but proceeds to block/restrict me from bidding on the item.
I am also unable to leave negative feedback on seller so can't warn other buyers about the seller and all seller gets is a small slap on the wrist.
very limited options in reporting seller to eBay as well or flagging the item.
Any help would be much appreciated, but appears all the power is with terrible sellers.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that item was damaged in order to avoid a defect and then relists that item as an auction" Include the new item number.
