Seller cancels sale after auction concludes
Seller cancelled an auction sale after it was concluded claiming the item was out of stock or the item is damaged. I suspect he cancelled because he did not like the final auction price. What recourse does a buyer have.....eBay said: " We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy. This determination was made using automation or artificial intelligence."
I wonder how often is that strategy is used by Sellers?

Mentor2 years agoSellers who cancel transactions for Out of stock receive a defect. Too many defects and sellers can be restricted or suspended.
