Seller cancels order, and re-lists higher
I purchased a used and out of print book for $8.69 and paid immediately. A few days later, the seller refunded my money, and stated that the "book is out of stock." The same day, they re-list the same "good condition" used book for $30.99. Is this legal? The first time I messaged them, they just replied it was out of stock. The second time, I asked why it re-listed for a much higher price if it was out of stock. They never replied to that. Do I have any avenue short of just an honest, bad review? Thank you.
