Seller cancels order after I paid for it. Seller says it disappeared from the garage. She thought I
I was being rude, when I was told I could cancel any of several orders because seller would not combine shipping charges. After reflection I cancelled two .99 items because shipping was 4.99 for items smaller than a pack of gum. eBay is not making it easy to contact them. Have shared civil business like messages w seller. She said the items disappeared from the garage. Can you advertise items if you don't know you have them. Sounds sketchy at best. I just want eBay to contact seller and ask that she add sentence that there is no combined shipping, that it is probably against eBay policy to advertise goods you're not sure you have, and I paid full shipping for items that I wanted. I thought retail was about selling things for money, not can cancelling paid orders. Help.
