Seller cancels for bogus reasons so they can relist higher
What are my options? I won 2 listings via auction from same seller. They cancel within 1 hour of creating combined invoice to save on shipping, and they relist the items at a higher price. They cancelled my orders due to 'issues with shipping' yet I hadn't paid yet (mind you I had a week), they didn't try to ship yet and so it was obviously a bogus cancel reason so they could get out of the sale. I've had plenty of packages arrive to the same shipping and billing address, but again we weren't even at that step yet.
All I want is for Ebay to ban their account for not fulfilling their obligation- is that possible? I know it's a longshot, but people have to be held accountable...

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that items had a shipping problem in order to avoid a defect and then relists those items with higher prices". Include the new item numbers.
Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended. Feel free to leave calm factual feedback.
