seller cancels after i won and paid, what recourse do i have or is this a major flaw in ebay

OP1 year agoclarification,, they canceled the sale, then refunded my money which i did not ask for, item is not out of stock or damaged, and now they are not responding

Mentor1 year agoThere isn't a way to enforce a seller shipping an item. Since they cancelled for out of stock they received a defect on their account. You would also still be able to leave feedback.
