Seller cancelling auction after buyer wins
The same seller keeps cancelling the auction results after every auction..Why doesn't the seller be forced by eBay to use a minimum amount to start the bidding?

As an eBay seller myself, eBay will suggest an item minimum price to start auctions off at depending on the item and other varying factors. Yes, your seller should not be canceling items when you won them fairly. And yes, eBay does punish sellers who do this with defects
