Seller cancelled wining auction.
What can I do if a seller cancelled and refunded me when I won an auction because he wanted more money?

OP1 week agoThe seller is no longer responding to messages that I've sent. I once again won the auction for that same item that he cancelled about 2 weeks ago. The item has not been shipped and there is no tracking info. I have reported the issue to eBay but it's been about 3 days and I haven't heard back from eBay or the seller.

You should report a seller only if you believe they are violating eBay's policies. Examples include if they offer to sell an item outside of eBay, do not intend to complete a sale, send threatening or abusive messages, share another member’s contact information, give false contact information, or if you suspect the seller is under 18.
If your issue is that the item you bought arrived faulty, damaged, different from the description, or didn’t arrive, do not report the seller; instead, use the options to report the item not received or start a return.
You can report a seller by going to report an issue with a seller. Make sure your claims are accurate, as false reports can lead to actions against your account.

OP3 weeks agoThe seller post the item back up for sale within the hour after I paid. He also gave me refund. So the exact same listing is still up as of now. Zero bidders yet.

OP3 weeks agoI also asked the seller why he canceled the sale and he responded back that he wasn't going to sell it for that price.
