seller cancelled the sale after id paid and wont refund me
seller cancelled the sale after i paid, I contacted him to get him to return my £311 but he wont do it, he says ebay has it and there is nothing he can do, it said the package was dispatched, but it never was and I have it in writing that he cancelled it, Ebay AI is useless, it told me to request to return the item but I never got it in the first place and mistakenly started a return after being told to, now he has accepted the return but still wont refund me, request call or call them does not work so i am stuck anyone help please ?
