seller cancelled the sale
i purchased an item on the apr 5. seller cancelled the sale on april 10th ,said i would be getting a refund. it's the 16th, and i haven't seen or heard anything from ebay. ebay hides their phone number, so it is very fustrating trying to contact customer service to check status of refund.
