Seller cancelled sale but reported it as a buyer request for cancellation

Question

I purchased an item but three hours later was notified by the seller that the sale was cancelled. The seller stated that his system sometimes relists previously sold items and that he was trying to fix it. That is fine, I understand. However, he reported to eBay that I requested the sale to be cancelled. This is not true. I cannot find how to contact eBay to correct this misinformation. Will his action affect my standing within eBay?

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation ."
