Seller cancelled sale because ebay put a hold on her payments, instead blamed me
Seller in Australia cancelled sale to me after I won bidding, relisted on ebay Australia 1 day later later, but claimed issue with my shipping address as reason for cancellation. It is my true address in California, always has been--true reason for cancellation was seller's account was restricted and ebay put hold on my payment to her for 30 days or until product reached me. (She said this in several emails.) I did not falsify address, paid full shipping asked from Australia, was not my fault ebay restricted the payment for whatever reason. Is this ok for seller to claim this false reason, in addition to me losing a highly desired sale? valley21farmer, member since 2006
