Seller cancelled order unfairly.

Question

I won an auction for $480.00. I definitely got a good deal although there was 47 bidders so clearly others don’t think so. The seller cancelled my order for incorrect address. That is simply incorrect as I’ve received 5 packages this week from other sellers. I see the seller relisted the item for $900 buy it now. I contacted eBay (which was impossible.). I assume nothing is going to happen but appreciate someone sharing their thoughts.

@wholck I understand how disappointing this is. Unfortunately eBay can't force the seller to complete the sale.

You can report the seller for lying about the cancelation reason>

Then provide the item number and say this in the box " The seller canceled the sale as problem with buyers address to avoid a seller initiated out of stock cancelation defect. There is no problem with my address. "

Don't say more as AI reads these on the first go around.
