Seller cancelled order on item out of stock. Informed the buyer. Seller never received payment.
The funds were put on a hold until the cancelled item was shipped. The buyer cant get her money back and I was never paid. Where is the money for her refund????

If you are the seller you should refund the buyer using your alternative payment method. Then, when the payment hold ends, you will keep the held funds.
