Seller Cancelled Order, but Ebay can't process it.
I cancelled an order a day after I purchased it and also contacted the seller about it before they shipped it, they confirmed with me recently they have cancelled the order for me, however, Ebay tells me that my order cannot be cancelled because the seller refused to cancel this order. I don't believe the seller is lying to me because they also told me to contact customer service about this "error". How do I go about this? Should I call eBay?
