Seller cancelled order and said he issued a gift card. NOT TRUE.
The seller cancelled my order due to "logistic" issues. 😕 He said it was because I, as the buyer, asked to cancel the item. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! According to an eBay message, a "refund" in the form of a gift card was issued on 05 Jun for $133.91. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A GIFT CARD!!! And, where would the "gift card" be to?
Besides, the seller is no longer selling on eBay and I can't get in touch with him.
I have tried using the ebay automated assistance bot to resolve, but to no avail.
WHAT CAN I DO???

Mentor3 years agoIf an eBay order is canceled on eBay, the refund amount automatically goes back to the original payment source.
If you paid via eBay gift card or voucher, a voucher for the refund amount should appear on your eBay checkout page with a box to apply the amount to a future purchase.
