Seller cancelled order and has not returned my money.h

Question

I purchased a Louis Vuitton item on ebay. The seller cancelled the order because supposedly it sold "right before I clicked purchase". For some reason the cancellation did not go through. I have tried to cancel on my side, but ebay will not let me. It says to wait until April 4 because it still might arrive. If I try to cancel from another angle, it says a cancellation is in place. I waited until April 4, and I still get the same stupid message.

How do I contact ebay to get my money refunded? Please help!

After the last delivery date (shown in your purchase history) has fully passed, you can open an "item not received" request. The buyer will have three business days to issue a refund. I suspect you will be allowed to open a "not received" request on April 5.
