seller cancelled order

Question

I won a no reserve auction and well before my allotted time to pay, the seller cancelled my order. They put as the reason :buyer request. This is a lie. I never requested to cancel and have attempted to contact seller about cancellation with no reply. How do I make a complaint?

@haafar You can Report the seller here: https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 Select "The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies" Then "Seller doesnâ€™t want to complete the sale"
