Seller Cancelled My Paid Order to Resell the Item at a Higher Price
The seller told me directly that they wanted to cancel my paid order because other people had offered them $350–$400 for the jacket. After I asked them to honor the completed sale, they later changed their explanation and claimed that they had found a rip while preparing the item for shipment.
The messages clearly show that the real reason for the cancellation was to resell the item at a higher price. Please review the seller’s conduct and the cancellation reason they submitted.

Unfortunately, you have no control over the Seller and if they cancel then you will receive a refund. eBay will NOT force the Seller to honor their commitment to sell at the price you paid.
You can report a Seller here: Online Customer Service - Report an issue with a seller
If the Seller does not cancel then the following is what you do:
The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
