Seller cancelled my order just before I won
Hi there, I was the only bidder on a Lego that typically goes for a few hundred dollars. I was winning with a 20.99 bid. Just before the listing ended the seller cancelled my bid instead of letting me win. There was no reserve on the item. Is this a reportable offense?
