Seller cancelled my order and did not get a refund I have exhausted options on ebay AI
Seller cancelled my order .Have not received my refund .Seller says ebay has my money . Options on the AI service does not help .Can't seem to get my refund from eBay and no agent no live human contact need help on getting my refund

When an order is cancelled, eBay automatically refunds the buyer. Sometimes it takes several days for the refund to appear on your payment source.
