seller cancelled my delta companion certificate from 5 months ago
purchased april 14th for flight nov. seller cancelled the flight. i got my money back from delta but not the purchase of the companion certificate. i paid 169. talked to ebay sept 25 {which is the same day delta said flight was cancelled) they said the seller had 3 days to respond. i contacted seller too and no response. ii still dont have a resolution and when i put in the item order no to open a case again it says im sorry we have no info. how do i get ebay to call me. i figured it out on sept 25th, but dont see that option anymore
