Seller Cancelled Bid
Seller cancelled my bid after winning the auction. There was no reserve in place or any mention of the item not being available. There were over 20 bids. It seems that the Seller simply cancelled because the price did not go high enough. What are the guidelines for this type of situation? Please advise.

I'm sorry that happened.
Did the seller cancel the bid (auction still running) or did the seller cancel a sale (auction had ended)?
If the seller canceled a sale (completed auction) and they chose "Out of Stock, Broken, Lost" or similar, the seller already received a consequence from eBay.
If the seller cancels your order (completed auction) for 'buyer asked to cancel' or 'problem with buyer's address' but you didn't ask to cancel, then yes, you can report this.
Report the seller here:

Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale
Explain in the box that the seller canceled for 'buyer asked to cancel' or 'problem with buyer's address,' and there is nothing wrong with your address or and you didn't ask to cancel.
The seller won't be forced to complete the sale, but he will get a mark on his account for a policy violation.
If the seller cancelled for Out of Stock, they already got a defect on their account for the cancellation.
