Seller cancelled auction after I won claiming I requested to cancel. I want to leave feedback.

Question

I won an auction and I immediately paid for the item. Minutes later, I received notice that seller cancelled transaction because I asked to cancel it. Seller then relisted the item a few hours later. I want to leave negative feedback and I cannot figure out how to do it?

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBayâ€™s policies and click Continue.
2. On the net page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.

3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation ."
