Seller cancelled auction after I paid and relisted at a higher price
I made several attempts to offer to buy a pair of sneakers and we wound up at $75. He rejected that price in the make an offer phase, so I placed an opening bid at $75.
several days later, the auction ended at $75 and I paid for the sneakers.
a day later, the seller (mytreazure) canceled the purchase citing the product was damaged or lost. He explained in a message that the shoes had a previously undisclosed scuff. I asked for pictures and he never reverted.
I complained to eBay, and days later the shoes were relisted at a higher starting price in excellent condition. eBay committed to remove this seller as this was a violation of their terms, but the sneakers have been relisted twice already.
