Seller cancelled and refunded my order, but still has 12+ avail
I ordered 3 vinyl records from a seller who had a "buy 2+ get free shipping" promo. Seller refunded one of the records without notifying me, and shipped the other 2 records. Seller has not responded to my message asking why. According to their web store, they still have 12+ of the record for sale, so I don't think it was a matter of being out of stock. I would reorder, but if I buy just the one item, I'd have to pay for shipping, which was the whole point of buying more than just this one in the first place.

Mentor3 years agoThe email you received telling you that the transaction was cancelled also told you why the seller cancelled the transaction. So look at that and see what the reason was.
