Seller cancelled an order
I placed an order for an item online. Seller immediately responded with “that is the wrong price. Please pay an additional amount (double the purchase price).
I responded with “no, please ship me my item as agreed.†Seller again, seemingly ignoring my message sent the same message “pay double.†I replied with the same response, “no, ship my item or I will report this interaction.â€
The seller then cancelled my order and stated “buyer asked to cancel order.†Not true. I submitted the comment to eBay under “scam.â€
Do I have any recourse? Is there something else I should be doing. At the very least I’d like them to be removed from EBay or given some sort of account notice so they don’t do this to others.
