Seller cancelled after I won
Hello,
I won an auction and the seller said that he had a family emergency and would ship my items the next morning. The next day came and no shipping update. Later that evening, I received a refund notice and I found that the seller relisted the items for a larger price. Is this following eBay policy? I feel cheated.
