Buyer: Seller never recontacted me. All items disappeared from ebay sales records. ebay chat was not helpful. Is there some person I can contact at ebay? How would I contact them?

If the seller is a new or inexperienced one chances are they did not set up combined shipping or change the 4 day auto cancel for unpaid items. You may want to message the seller again tell them to do a Google search for " Offering combined shipping, ebay " and also " setting unpaid item preferences, ebay "
If the 4 items were relisted, the seller can end them, then set up a Private listing for eliot7 with them in it, and schedule it to go live on the date of the last auction you want to bid on.

OP4 months agoHi..... Really appreciate you takin the time to help me. And your advice is good, given my info. But this seller has over 5000 recs, and PROBABLY knew exactly what he was doing.... AND, how to effectively do it., down to playing dumb about the whole situation, and saying he would contact me, WHICH he still hasnt (surprise). There used to be a contact phone for ebay assistance, but I can no longer find a number. The facts document what I described and just about anyone could see what was going on, along with the experience of the seller, and his often listed high end items. Additionally, the seller has barred me from future bids, (and contacts? no luck getting a hold of him today). In 25 yrs of ebay, this guy is a first for me. Minimally, Id like to have the "black mark(s)" taken off my ebay record, having never experienced one of these "marks." My purchases, of course were low end. And Ive always done my best to treat everyone the way(s) Id like to be treated. A further suggestion? Id really appreciate your help, as I do to this point in time. Sorry I did not include the total of registered customer reviews. Thanks. Please provide any further suggestions based upon my updated info.
