Seller Cancellation
I bought an item at buy it now last night. The seller said they wanted to cancel and repost to “Avoid some taxâ€. It made zero sense to me how relisting could do that but I’m so tired or arguing with new sellers over things so I said okay. He cancelled it but said I requested the cancellation and then relisted it $10 higher (of course). My question is: can I report him for saying I wanted the cancellation? I don’t want eBay thinking I’m skipping out on purchase. It’s right there in the eBay messages that he asked me to cancel it.
